HOW do I bake a nice cake in these pans? My cake came out heavy and hard and kinda burnt up in the creases.. YUCK!!!

I oiled the pans.. and I am thinking that maybe that made parts of it fry???
The instructions said to oil it...
anyone else tried these pans with some success???

I thought I would love these new pans.. but not so far..

i thought about getting these pans but the more i looked at them the more i thought it was better to stick with the old fashion pans. sorry they did not work for you.

I don't have any of these but my Aunt-in-law has them and she absolutely loves them. She said she hasn't had any problem with them. I'll try and find out what she does or doesn't do to make her baked goods come out so well.
