You should be good with 6-9-12 Depending on chart...it is 75-115 so that should be in your range...

Yep, I'd say you'd be fine with a 6,9,12in round. Good luck!

How much would you charge for this cake?

I use 14/10/6 or 8 for weddings for 100, not counting the top tier, so you may have a lot of leftover cake if you use this for 75.

I did one for 75 using the 12", 9", 6" - also - so I think if you're expecting more on the lower end and considering that not everyone will eat cake you might want to go with that.

here is the picture of the 12,9,6 so you can see the size...

That cake is beautiful bturpin!! I am doing a wedding at the end of June (my brothers and my first wedding cake) and was planning on using these sized pans. How deep are yours? did you torte or just layer two cakes? I am still planning this and any info would be greatly appreciated!

I use 2" cake pans- so each layer is 2 - 2"pans not torted just filled in between - so my layers are maybe 4 1/2" each. I love the look of a tall layer - so if you tort them they might be even a little taller - I like the look of a torted cake - very pretty with all the layers - but these two were just done how I explained above!
