i just finished with my cake, and I am not to happy with it at all... really nerves to see how the customer react tomorrow...... My writing is really bad, not sure what i did wrong ,but the shirt collar will not stay up.. i mixed fondant and gumpaste together, thinking that it will hold better.... o well back to the drawing broad, (pratice pratice pratice)

I think it looks good! Your writing is very nice! And the shirt collar looks like it's standing to me. Did you allow it several days to dry? You could use some pieces of fondant or marshmallow to prop it up.

It's a great looking cake. Don't be so hard on yourself!

You know, trent--
We are our worst critics...that cake looks great!
Just the thought of someone going that extra mile to make a cake something more than what Wal-mart or other grocery stores provide, means the world to alot of people.

thanks guys, u made my eyes water.....I was really worried about this cake..... my daughter told me the same thing, (nice cake mom)...
the customer should be here in about 30min.... sitting on pins and needles

today is father day in japan 8 in the moring here
