I live in Texas...super humid. I need to get my buttercream to crust faster this morning so I can move on with the next coat of icing (white on chocolate...ugh). Any suggestions?

Thanks!javascript:emoticon('thumbs_up.gif')

I always set mine under a fan, usually my ceiling fan.

Yep, a fan of any kind (cold air!), or even your hairdryer on the cold setting!

I place my cakes in the frig or freezer to firm up quickly.

Put it in the frig, that will help speed things along...
