I just tried Val's High Humidity Buttercream and Oh! My! Gosh!! it tastes soooo much better than Buttercream Dream. Here's the link to the recipe:

I replaced 1/2 of milk with caramel hazelnut coffee creamer and it was fantastic! This recipe is not as sweet as any buttercream I've tried and it crusts perfectly! Hope you guys try it thumbs_up.gif

Thanks for letting me know. I marked that post and thanked her for sharing the recipe with us. Here in Penn. the humidity can be a killer. Usually I use IMBC BUT....I know that I will have to find something that will hold up in the heat and humidity during some of the outside events I have this summer thumbs_up.gif

Testing it for humidity will come this weekend. I'm doing a sweet sixteen cake. Based on its texture, it looks like it will hold up. Let's keep our fingers crossed icon_biggrin.gif
