I just tried Val's High Humidity Buttercream and Oh! My! Gosh!! it tastes soooo much better than Buttercream Dream. Here's the link to the recipe:

I replaced 1/2 of milk with caramel hazelnut coffee creamer and it was fantastic! This recipe is not as sweet as any buttercream I've tried and it crusts perfectly! Hope you guys try it ![]()
Thanks for letting me know. I marked that post and thanked her for sharing the recipe with us. Here in Penn. the humidity can be a killer. Usually I use IMBC BUT....I know that I will have to find something that will hold up in the heat and humidity during some of the outside events I have this summer ![]()
