Freezing Penny's Dough

Has anyone frozen Penny's dough? I have to make 100 shower cookies next week but want to make the dough today and don't think that I should keep the dough in the refrigerator for all that time.

Just wondering if there were any problems with freezing it.

I've never had a problem freezing that dough or the NFSC. The cookies will taste great.
I wouldn't refrigerate it for more than 3 days.
