I have a tendency to use too much icing on the corners of my square and rectangular cakes, giving it a pillowy look, instead of nice, sharp corners.

Can someone recommend a tutorial or link that could help me with this?

Also, I would like to try the upside-down icing method on my cakes. Would I be able to combine both techniques?

Thanks bunches!

Hi tmriga,

Yes, when you use the up-side down method, you will get your sharp corners.

The artical "How to frost a square cake" is actually on the Home Page.
in the articles section and click on more articles for the up-side down method.
