I went to a local cake decorating supply store and had them make me an edible image of a company logo for an order I had. Well, I had printed the logo from the computer and on my paper, it was real bright and colorful, then when I got the image back, it looked really really dull, not even the same colors! Is that what its supposed to be like, or did they do it wrong or bad? I assumed that it would all come out just as bright and colorful. Should I find a new place to do images?

They didn't do a good job. Many places do though so I'd look for another or see if they will redo it or at least allow you to return the image for a refund. The colors should be bright and a very close match to the original. It might help if you can email them a copy of the logo to print rather than printing a copy of a copy. The quality would be better.
