How and where do I let my cookies and rbc cool; covered or uncovered, how long does it take for the rbc iced cookie to cool before you start decorating? I'll be painting luster dust on the rbc then adding luster dust details; how long does luster dust take to dry? How and where do I store the cookies at this step?

How long should I put my mmf in freezer to firm up for easier transferring to cookie?

I wish I could help but I don't use RBC or MMF icon_sad.gif Here's a bump for you! I'm sure someone will be able to answer your questions.

I place the RBC on the cookies as soon as they come out of the oven. I let them air dry overnight on the cooling racks. The next day I do RI and let them dry overnight on cooking racks. Then I bag the third day. I'd assume you could do luster dust on day 2, and bag the next day. I would not do luster dust the same day as baking and putting RBC on- the RBC is greasy until the grease evaporate sinto the air...usually overnight! HTH

MMF does not need to go in the freezer.

Can't answer about RBC, but with MMF I just let them sit out on the counters or table until I have them all and am ready for the RI decorations.

I put my RBC in the fridge for about 20 minutes after I rill it out- so that when I cut and transfer it holds its shape!
