Uses For Dryvan? (A/k/a Dry Vanilla Powder)

Hi everyone -
I recently went to a Day of Sharing and a vendor sold me some powdered Dry Vanilla - just wondering if any of you have any method for how much should go in a recipe - I was told that its pretty powerful stuff!

I use it all the time. Especially when I can't find the liquid. Use it just like the other. But I put it in with my dry ingredients not wet so that it mixes in easier. HTH>
