Here is my newly stacked Wedding cake, it has to be delivered today. Some of it is a little crooked. Is there anything thing that I should do before I decorate it just to make it better. TIA.

Is it overtly obvious that it is crooked?

Ok, I really don't want to be a pain in the butt... I just really want to make sure that it is all fine before I start decorating it... which I need to do right away...

The only one that looks slightly off is the really tall middle one. But unless you're really looking for it, I don't think it's that noticeable. Sorry I can't be more help, I haven't stacked a cake that large yet.

Put a rope or balls at the bottom of each layer to cover the cracks/seams.

How in the world do you deliver a stacked cake like that????

I think it will look fine once decorated. Maybe there is a way that it doesn't look as crooked, like turn it around to the other side and make that the front? I'm not saying it looks that crooked, but you seem to be worried about it. icon_wink.gif

I didn't notice which layer was off until someone pointed it out. Maybe a cascade of flowers to hide it???

I would definately do a trim of some kind around the bottom of each tier. Rope of pearls or a crimped border or garrett frill. All depends on what decorations you are going to put on it. Looking forward to seeing it finished. The one tier is slightly crooked, but I honestly think you can hide it.

the top looks completely level........I think if you're decorating it nobody would ever notice or else they'd just think it was them LOL What kind of decorations are you putting on it??
