I have been asked to bring the dessert to a house warming party and the hostess requested bite sized treats. Any good ideas? I want to make something that WOW's them!

Well, petit fors always impress me and they really aren't that hard to make, just a little time consuming. there are some wonderful recipes for icing on this site and you can use various flavors for the cakes.

I make mini cream puffs that are so easy....you buy the Stella Doro Anginetti cookies and slice them in half....mix 1- 3 oz cream cheese with 1 tub of cool whip and 1 small drained can of crushed pineapple (8 oz)....fill your split cookies with filling and place tops back on and you can refrigerate a day ahead and they will not get soggy....so wonderful and easy.
