Hi! Welcome to Cakecentral!!! I make my figures with fondant and gumtex added or fondant 70% and gupaste 30%, work great for me! You can store figures for a long time, just keep them out the sun ligth and humid conditions, I have some 2 years old figures that look perfect. dont worry about too much time...
