I made a full (2 pounds of icing sugar) batch, and I added 2 teaspoons of GumTex to it. I think it's 1 teaspoon for every 24 oz of finished fondant.
There are previous posts on here...maybe someone else could pop in with their hints, and/or you could do a search for Gumtex in the forums. I know that you will get a lot of help here, because everyone is so great! ![]()
