How do I get the blue to come through on my images. It seems that there is a clog, and the blue is missing. I've tried cleaning the cartridge, or head, or whatever you call it. That didn't work. I've also tried calling Kopykake, but the technician had a very thick accent and I couldn't understand him.

What printer are you using? Has the blue run out?

Nevermind...I saw in another post that you're using the Canon iP6000D. You may have to remove the print head to clean it manually if the cleaning cycles aren't removing the clog.

Hmmm. Funny (not ha ha funny) but I had the same problem with my old canon printer--the blue would not print, tried the cleaning cycles and cleaning the print head. Turns out the print head was shot. icon_sad.gif Hopefully you can get yours cleaned out.
