How much should I charge for a 4 tier fondant topsy turvy cake for about 125 people?
I charge 2.25 a serving for 3-d/carved/topsyturvy cakes..........so mine would be 281.25 for that amount of servings........pretty darn cheap (but I live in a small town)
Is that for fondant?
