Actually, I just started adding creme bouquet to my modified Wilton BC and am kind of happy with it - I'm always tweaking it, though.
Just got this book and was interested to see if anyone had tried the icing recipes - especially the fondant. If no one has, I probably won't make it my No. 1 priority.
