of square cakes that have been impressed with the diamond impression mat. I just got one and I haven't made a cake yet so I can use it but I would like to show pics of cakes that have been impressed with this type mat as an idea for her wedding cake. Any help would be greatly apprecaited.

I have only done a round one..........in my photos, but I think if you browse through the square wedding cake gallery, you should be able to find one? Anyway, this will bump you.......

Bradymom, I have a 2 tier wedding cake in my photos that I used the diamond impression mat on and it was my very first time using it too. It was pretty easy to do. The one tip I would have for you is to make sure you keep the diamond pattern lined up evenly as you go around the cake. Pick a starting point at the top and do not waver from it all the way around and you will have no troubles.

Thank you, that is exactly what I am looking for. Do you mind if I use it as an example to show my daughter? I think this pattern would look really great on her cake.
