I have ordered from them 3 times now. I usually get an email with my order listed and the total before shipping. So I usually wait 1 business day and call they can give me total with shipping. But this time I ordered on friday. Called yesterday, Monday, no total available yet. Called today same thing. GEEESH! How long does it take to get my order total already. Anyone else have problems with this at cakedeco.com?
I use Pfeil and Holling alot. Their prices are great. Their product list is extensive. Their communication with customers is crap! BTW, although I have always found them VERY quick to ship, they will not tell you if something is backordered or out of stok. If you REALLY need it, you have to call, not order via then web.
When I order on Wed, I receive on Monday. Order on Thursday, receive on Tuesday. Order on Friday, um, well...I have to wait until Thursday or Friday before it's received.
I love their speed in processing! I've never experienced any trouble with communication. I make sure I put any details about the orders in the comment box....like, "this order is needed by..." or "NO SUBSTITUTIONS!" If there was ever an issue with an order, they've called for clarification.
Although I hate not knowing what my shipping is going to be, they've got about the best rates of anyone I've dealt with.
Sorry, to hear you are having a problem with them. I have ordered from for the last seven and have not had any problems with them. Monday is a busy day for all business worse when they close for the weekend. Be patience, you will get your e-mail.

well this morning I get a ups tracking # and see my order went out for delivery on the 15th yet as of yesterday, the 16th, the lady at customer service tried to tell me they had no shipping yet? Totally bull in my book. Now my stuff is due to arrive tomorrow so I guess I'll just see the invoice then hu? ![]()
