there is a diamond press mat that you could purchase,sorry not sure where but I have been wanting to buy it myself
In the mean time I use a diamond cookie cutter.If your using fondant imprint while it is soft,if you are using BC wait about 20min to 1/2 hr to crust,then imorint.I took my square metal cookie cutter and bent it out of wack to form a diamond,works great.
