Flavorings For Icing, Mmf And Cake

I want to add flavoring to my icing and mmf. and I am not sure what to do this may seem like a dumb question but I have no idea what I'm doing do I use extract ( schilling's brand). Thanks in advance for all your help.

Sure, Schillings extracts are fine. I use their orange, lemon and coconut all the time. I buy large bottles of pure vanilla at Costco, though, because they're cheaper.
