sugar free cake. must be easy. what about a angel food cake? i need it for one person individual cake.
Beware.....I tried one of the spenda cake recipes....and it was TERRIBLE at best! I literally would not have fed it to my dogs.
The best diabetic cake I've found is a flourless chocolate cake made with Splenda. The only thing is that you have to buy some sugar free chocolate (you can usually get it at stores that sell bulk foods from bins).
There are a couple of recipes on the Splenda site I've been wanting to try - but haven't gotten around to it. If you go with one of them, please let us know how it turns out.
