So here's a funny coincidence...
A few weeks ago I sent a short letter to Ina Garten "The Barefoot Contessa" along with a photo of my lighthouse cake. She lives and works in the Hamptons, and my lighthouse is a replica of the Montauk lighthouse in the Hamptons, so I thought she would get a kick out of it. And she did....I got a very nice letter in the mail today, thanking me for the photo and how much she liked it and how very talented she thinks I am...so I take the letter upstairs and get on the computer...I got an email for an order for a very large Christening cake...the name of the mom is Kontessa!!!!
How funny is that?
