I have to make a half-sheet tuxedo groom's cake in June, and I've never done this before. I've worked with MMF many times, but does anyone have any tips on making this cake, or can anyone briefly describe the steps? How do you get the fondant really dark brown? I've seen some beautiful pictures of tuxedo cakes, but would love some advice from someone with some tuxedo cake experience.

To get the fondant really dark brown use Americolor gels and add the color when the marshmallows are at the melted stage before you add it to the powdered sugar.
