What is a really good crusting buttercream recipe besides Wilton's???

Square cakes are hard for me but I keep trying. One handy dandy tool that is a huge help is a spackle or putty knife. It's not a knife per say but rather a scraping type tool made of plastic similar to a bench scraper. My DH got me several shapes and sizes a Lowes. ( or any Home Depot type store)

It works really great to get nice, crisp, perfectly straight sides and corners. Hope that helps.

HI YOU MUST CHECK OUT PERFECT BUTTTERCREAM ICING. YOU CAN FIND IT ON BAKING911 WEBSITE. IT'S REALLY GOOD AND CRUST WELL TOO!! MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS LOVE IT AND I USE IT ALL THE TIME.
