I've never worked with this and am hoping for some help. I'm making a peacock. Body will be cake, but head and neck needs to be upright and light enough that it won't buckle or fall. Do you think rice crispy treats will work and could you give me a few how tos for insuring it will make the transport fine?
Thank you so much for helping me with this.

Sorry I can't help with this one because I too had questions about how to do it. Are there directions anywhere? Can't wait to see your peacock cake. Good luck!!

I have only done two using kkt. And I can't get the photo thing down or I would post for you. Here goes, Hope this helps... use a frame. I use a coat hanger. Make a big loop at the bottom to sit under the cake with a long piece coming out where you want the neck to start. you will need the weight of the cake to hold the neck in place. Do the kkt on the wire first then do your 1st layer of cake and put the big circle on then put on your next layers. I hope this helps.
