how early can I put fillings in my wedding cake for a sat. wedding? I like to use cream based fillings like the cookies and cream from this site and the strawberries and cream also from here. will putting the fillings in on wed. make my cake soggy by sat?

I bake on Thursday, fill and frost on Friday, decorate on Saturday.
