Any know where I can order this from? I do stacked cakes and would like a 4 x 3 to go on top of my 6 x 3. The two major cake decorating stores in my area (Miami), do not carry anything 3 inch pans smaller than 6 x 3. Thanks,
Naty

At Sugar craft you can order a 4 1/2 inch pan. What shape are you looking for...round- square??

I know you're looking for a 4x3..I don't know where you can get that. I did order 4" round pans from Amazon.com very recently. They were not 3" high, but I ordered 2. You can always collar the pan..

good luck on your search!

The only way I can make a four inch cake is that little four inch springform, or to actually cut a cake out of a bigger cake. I wish Wilton would make a four inch cake.

I have a nice set of circle cutters, I just make a larger sheet or round puttting enough batter to make a 1" thickness or use leftover torted cake, and cut out three 4" circles. Ummm cake scraps. My family doesn't remember what a slice of cake on a plate looks like. icon_smile.gif

I'm all for buying pans, but not if I don't use it a lot or can get by without it. The 4" cake I thought I was going to put on top of my sis's wedding cake ended up getting nixed anyway. I ended up putting gumpaste flowers on top of the 6" --they never would have fit or looked right on the 4".
