Does anyone know how long whipping cream is good once it has been opened? Thanks!

Most containers say to use within 7 days of opening.
If you aren't going to whip it into whip cream, you can place it in a container and freeze it. Once it thaws it's only good for making ganache or baking in a cake or something. It will no longer be able to be whipped into whipped cream.
