Well, I learned a lesson today always make sure to put your used bags and tips away. My dog, who loves to eat anything that does eat her first, found a bag that had fallen while I was cleaning. She managed to chew the bag, coupler, and tip trying to get the icing out of it. I had to replace it for my next cake decorating class. I wonder how I going to get her to pay for it????

Yikes! Good thing it didn't turn into a cake disaster. icon_smile.gif

I had a cat who, it turned out, really really liked cake. She had to go live with my mom.

At least your dog didn't actually eat the tip! My friends cat was trying to get the milk out of a baby bottle and swallowed the nipple to the bottle. it cost thousands of dollar in surgery bills to get it out!! Be glad you only had to spend a few buck for a new tip and coupler!!!!

Yes, I'm very glad she didn't swallow it. Reese usually just licks and leaves items on the carpet, but I love her!!!!

Sorry about your supplies being well chewed. I don't have that problem. I have ferrets and a couple of them like to hide things really, really well. Some things I will probably never find. Left shoes, for some reason, are a particular favorite. However, one of them recently "borrowed" a small package of fondant I had bought to make my husbands B-day cake. He got yellow fondant instead.
