Do most of you use the serving chart on this site? I have been using Earlenes, but noticed this one is much different. I am trying to figure out how to make a square tiered (preferably 4 tiers) for 150 and having a heck of a time. Can someone help??

If you use the wilton chart a 6,8,10,12 square will yield
154(not counting 6inch) Earlenes would be only 124 (not counting 6inch)
I would go with earlenes and then just make an extra 8inch square kitchen cake that would give you 148 servings.

What is this Earlene's chart you are all talking about? I've never heard of it.
