Please recommend a great tasting crusting buttercream that will hold up in warmer weather. I made a cake today using Tami's buttercream from the baking911.com site which I and everyone else loves! But its made with heavy cream and when I opened the box my borders had slid right off! I was so upset! Anyway, I would appreciate all suggestions. Thanks!
