I am doing my first cookie bouquet for my son's teacher's teacher's administrator. (still with me? lol) I gave her a big discount and charged her $30.00. I bought a very cute round ceramic vase for $4.99 at my local Ross (I love Ross!).

How many cookies do you think will justify the $30 and still make it impressive?

Also, any favorite cookie recipes that anyone can share? I have Toba Garrett's Creative Cookies, so I can use one of her recipes too.

Any other trial and tribulations that I can avoid?

Not more than a dozen. Any more it will detract the over all apperance. Lots of luck on your first order. And Congratulations are in "order".

5 to 7 cookies if they are large, and no more than 9 or 11 if they are on the smaller side. Things look better in odd numbers I've heard.

I like the No Fail Sugar Cookie recipe and there is another one floating around here called Penny's.

Have fun, and don't forget to post a pic when you are done! icon_smile.gif

For $30 and in a $5 vase, I would put in about 7 to 9 cookies..
