Magic line!!!! They bake more even, no humps! Sharper edges too. They are worth every penny!

IMO magicline is better because it is a stronger metal and the lines it creates are perfect.... it is expensive, so I am slowly replacing my collection, have 2 sheets so far, working on some rounds now.

Magic line pan sides are more 90% angle than Wilton. I love using them. I have both. But when it comes to wedding cakes especially I will use Magic Line every time. I don't have to cut the edges straight. I can go on but I'll close for now. icon_rolleyes.gif
