I am new to this site and I love it. There are so many tips and ideas.
I am currently taking Wilton Course II. I have to make the royal and color flow icing for class. Our instructor said to make it the night before class but I won't have time. Will it really matter if I make it a few days ahead?

I've heard others say otherwise, but I've made royal icing a week or so in advance then re-whipped it the day I was using it. Just keep it in a cool, dry place out of light. You should be fine.
