Pineapple Cake, Filling????

I baked the cake is cooling now. I will be using creamcheese icing. I have bavarian cream , whipped topping to wich I can add vanilla pudding or just use creamchesse icing to fill it. What sounds good to you? My DH was no help icon_sad.gif . Thanks.

Geez, they all sound good! icon_lol.gif I think I like the bavarian cream or the cream cheese icing -- you don't want too many flavors competing and the whipped topping may weep if left at room temperature.

What recipe did you use for the pineapple cake? If you don't mind telling me? I am looking for one to make a pina colada cake.

I just used DH pineapple mix with extender and substituted pineapple juice instead of water, I used vanilla pudding.

Dude! I didn't even know they made a pineapple mix! So is it smooth like white cake or is it chunky?
