I saw one in Saginaw last time I was up there. I've seen their fliers though and you're right -- YUM!! icon_biggrin.gif

I actually had one given to me a few years ago. It's awesome!!
The fruit was very good and the arrangement was beautiful.

very cute, but very expensive. we have a lot of them around here in michigan. they did do something on food network where they showed how to make one. looked pretty easy. i'm signed up to take a food carving workshop from one of the chef's at school. he won the food carving challenge on the food network.

Just sent one to my mom for Mother's Day~~a little pricey but well worth it!
She was very suprised by the size and had to take out a shelf in her fridge to store it. Said the taste and apperance was worth the price.

I've seen this before. When my cousin and I cater the local Health Facilities ACLS weekend I get to do all the "fancy food" arranging. I LOVE it!

Did a veggie tray for a bridal shower my cousin was helping with. She bought all the stuff and I arranged it. BIG HIT! The ladies all wanted to know how much I would charge for it! My cousin told them "Believe me...you can't afford her!" LOL These were ALL doctors wives and socialites in our small community. I got a HUGE kick out of that!
