Ok, I usually only make roses out of royal, but I only have a few to do and would like to make them out of the bc that I will be using.

It's been over a year since I made bc roses...can anyone give me any pointers?

Do I just need to add more powd. sugar or some meringue powder?

TIA!!!!

I would say add more powdered sugar for a more stiffer feel. Otherwise, they may droop. Hope I helped but if I didn't I'm sure there is someone out there that can.

Thanks, itsloops...I was just kinda wondering exactly what to add to make it stiffer.

THanks elly!

I guess I had such a difficult time with them before...I swore I'd never do it again ( so wish me luck?!?!?!?!)

I prefer to make them out of royal...it's just easier for me, but I just don't want to make a whole batch of royal for just a few roses.

Thanks, guys!
