OK ladies, I can no longer make my MMF using my hand mixer because I can only get about half way. So that means that I have to take the rest and knead it when it's like glue. So I plan to get a new mixer. I just don't know which one to get. Can you give me your opinions please?? Thanks sunflowerfreak

KA stand mixer definitely but not the lowest power wattage. Get the next step up or higher.

KA, the 6 qt. has the highest power, the 5 qt, comes in tilt back head or lift bowl model.

I would recommend the 6 qt. the extra room really helps if you are trying to make a double batch of something
