is superfine sugar also called fruit sugar???

from what i could find, fruit sugar is fructose. table sugar is sucrose. you can make your own superfine sugar by processing regular granulated sugar in a blender or food processor.

superfine sugar is just a finer grain of granulated sugar. HTH

That's how I make superfine sugar when I need it (usually for creme brulee) - with a food processor.

Super fine sugar is also called Bar sugar since bartender use it because it dissolves readily in cold drinks. I make my own by whirling regular granulated sugar in the food processor or blender (Rose Levy Beranbaum recos this in her cake Bible for all granulated sugar used in her recipes)
we also make a lot of ice tea at home and keep this kind of sugar around for our guests who want sweet iced tea.
