I'm making a carrot cake for Mothers Day. I will be using the crusting cream cheese frosting recipe and then covering in fondant. Would it be too much to fill with cream cheese also? If not, would I fill with the same crusting cream cheese I'm frosting with?

Thanks,

Breanna

I love cream cheese frosting, I always fill and ice carrot cake with it. It will be delicious!

Not at all. I have a customer who requests two batches of cream cheese frosting when she orders my carrot cake! icon_wink.gif
