How tall are your 1/2 sheet cakes?? with filling
right at about 4 1/2 inches
Do you use 2 1/2 sheets. Putting one on top of the other? or slice the one in half?
For paying customers, my sheet cakes are also about 4.5" with filling. I like to torte each cake so there are a total of 3 layers of filling. If it's for family or friends (as practice), I will only do the 1 layer cake (about 2+")
