Okay, just made the buttercream frosting on the domino confec. bag w/ no chocolate and icon_confused.gificon_eek.gif just tooo sweet. Did i put too much sugar or do right? Is there a sweetness killer? tapedshut.gif Please anyone, lol!!!

thank you for replyin, it is something like that one not exact i dont think, i halfed the half of the recipe, just to get a taste and feel for it. Also, if you know, my mom wants the "WalMart" icing that has the whipped cream taste. Is that buttercream or is there different names for icing, besides the fondant and buttercream kind, thx.

The WalMart icing that is whipped is called Rich's Whipped or Rich's Bettercreme. You can purchase it from one of their bakery locations at Sam's or a Super Center for about a $1.00 a pound. I like it every now and then on chocolate cupcakes or icecream cakes, it is light and not too sweet. I have noticed Rich's Whip in the freezer section at the grocery store, I don't know if it is the same thing. I have been meaning to purchase it and whip it up to compare.
