I heard somewhere that the Mr Clean magic erasers work for that. Maybe I saw it on the website. I can't remember!

You could try that.

I think someone here, sorry cannot remember who icon_redface.gif, mentioned using the Mr. Clean Magic Erasers. I have not tried that yet, but since they really are magic, I'm willing to try anything! icon_biggrin.gif

I rub my hands with shortening. It not only gets the color out, it softens your hands. icon_biggrin.gif

Hi,

The acetone in fingernail polish remove may do it? I don't know.

I like the crisco, acne pad, and eraser ideas better.

Don't use finger nail polish remover! Did that once and every little crack in my poor little dry hands screamed for a good 10 minutes. Plus, no improvement in color. icon_eek.gif

I guess I'm the only one that just waits for it to wear off. LOL.
My hands and fingernail beds are black right now. That's not as attractive. Pink I can deal with, but this at teh party tomorrow. Not so good. I'll have to try those tips, too.

I find that shampoo does the trick. I always wash my hair and they are really clean after that. I ususally end up with some green, pink and red on my hands. I wear gloves but am so tough on them they often break and let some colour in anyway.

I know its too late now.....but if you take the soap and lather it on your hands BEFORE wetting your hands ...lather then wet...then wash.....it should come off. This works for hair color too!!

Nope, actually I'm the same way! icon_lol.gif But, now that I bought some new Magic Earsers, I may try it the next time.

I have also found that my shampoo does help get a lot of it off, just not all of it.

I get the Bath and Body Works soap. It cuts the grease of BC and removes the color. My hands were yellow today and after washing with B&BW soap, they are now yellow free!!

Lemon juice will bleach the color out from underneath your fingernails. It also seems to strengthen them too!

I use a tub of Orange Power Paste. A few rubs and it's gone. thumbs_up.gif

Although it does dry your hands out a bit, I use soft Scrub with bleach. It was handy one day when my hands were red and it worked like a charm. I also agree with the lathering the soap before adding water.

OK anyone use it as a advertising tactic? Fess up folks!! You know- people question it or you bring it up--"Do you have any idea what I can use to get this red dye off my hands? Well you see I do cakes........" LOL LOL
