Okay, I have to admit that I am little embarrassed to ask this but.....Don't want to go and buy a bunch of pans then not be correct.

What is the best size to get for square pans?
I have a bunch of 1/2 sheet pans, but always have used them for pastries...are they multi use?

These are the 3 sheet pans that I mainly use. They are 1/4 sheet, 1/2 sheet & the 3/4 sheet.

I use the 9x13 and the 11x15 the most.I have the straight edged ones and they come out really nice!!
