I know this question has HAD to have been answered already, but I couldn't find it, doing a search. And I skimmed through the BC thread, but didn't see it.

So, how long can you save BC for? I made some BC two weeks ago (using 6 tablespoons of skim milk) and what I didn't use (a significant amount), I put in the fridge. It's been there since. Can I use it for a cake today??? I've tasted the icing every few days (my little snack), and it tastes fine. But what's the rule? Is there one? Is it ok to use?

Thanks for answering!

Everyone has a different opinion, but the first thing is what recipe did you use? And has it been refridgerated the whole time or did it sit out for a day or two before going in the fridge?
