What kind of chocolate do you use to cover oreos? I've gotten "coating bark" from the grocery store. The white "vanilla" was pretty good. Sweet, but good. Thought it was white chocolate, but guess not. The one I thought was milk choc. "chodolate flavored" was gross. I really liked making these, but wanted to get chocolate that actually tasted good.

Thanks

I use regular chocolate, Gheradelli (sp?) and add just a tiny bit of veg. oil to it for shine.

I just made some and the humidity wouldn't let them set. Had to put them in the fridge, then they wouldn't release from the mold. AAAGGGG.

it get really humid here. The few I've made, I put in the freezer for about 10 minutes. They pop right out.
