Is it possible to use powdered coffee creamer in cake balls? I've read that some people use liquid, but is there anyway to use it as the moistener after crumbling cakes? If so, I would love to know, because when I received my coupon for a free CoffeeMate coffee creamer, I bought powdered because I didn't want the liquid to spoil.
I actually just did this yesteday with Amaretto creamer, just dissolve the creamer in some hot water before adding it. You can do the same thing with buttercream or cake mixes. HTH!
