Okay, so I have to make two graduation cakes (11 x 15) this weekend. One will be strawberry with cream cheese filling and the other, well I have lemon filling and don't know what flavor to make the cake. My daughter doesn't like chocolate so that is out of the question.
Does anyone have any good suggestions. If possible maybe a dairy free cake would be great.

No knowledge here of dairy free, but I love lemon filling in white cake--simple and refreshin.
