I'm doing my first stacked cake this morning for a party tomorrow (100 or so). I've got my design planned, fondant colored, and cakes baked. Why am i so freaked out!?
Wait....I know why!
Because in reality, I really don't know what i'm doing!

I have spent hours and hours in the CC forums reading everything I can find.
So here goes.............
Stay tuned, I may be begging for help very shortly!

STuff is always scary the first time we do it. With all of the reading you've done here, I'm sure you're going to do fine thumbs_up.gif I remember my first stacked cake; I was freaked, too. It was fine... Don't worry; you can do it icon_biggrin.gif
